1. We do not reserve or booking the ordered item. We treat our customers base on the first come first served basis (whoever pay first, will get the item first).
2. If you have paid and your ordered item has been bought by other customer, you may request to change your order to other item (based on the availability) or refund. Please be informed refund will be done within 1 hour after getting confirmation from you provided with the account number.
3. If you have not pay yet and your ordered item has been bought by other customer, we will notify you immediately and you may request to change your order to other item or cancel the order.
4. We will extend your order period to 7 days if you pay 50% deposit.
5. Deposit will be forfeited if the balance has not been cleared within 7 days after reserved date.
6. Account number will be given once you confirm your purchase.
7. Once we send you the payment invoice, change of order is not allow.
8. We will deliver the item(s) only after we received full payment.
9. We will return the balance of money and put it in your parcel if you pay by using ATM/Cash Deposit Machine which does not accept coins or RM1
10. Please be informed we only accept payment via ATM/Online transfer and Cash Deposit Machine.
11. Goods sold are new and in good condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages occurred during delivering.
12. We deserve the right to review our terms & conditions and return policies anytime that we feel necessary.
1. The Celove is committed in providing the best products and services to our customer. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 5 working days counting from the day we post the parcel in new, unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags. Saturday is considered as working day.
2. Once we receive the item(s) and recognize the condition is exactly like on the day we shipped to you, we will refund your money within 24 hours or you can replace your original order with the other item(s) but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.
3. Please be informed we will not accept return for the item(s) on sale or stocks clearance otherwise if it is due to defect or faulty.
4. The item(s) will be on your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own good, we advise that you send the parcel by using the delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s).
5. The cost of returning the item(s) is on your responsibility.
6. We regret to inform we will not accept any liability for parcel damaged during the transaction so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this from happen.
7. Please ensure you include your name, your contact number and reason for the return together with the parcel.
